Why Buy Cell Tech?

Real World Applications

Safety

Would your trailer survive? If you care about what’s inside, you need to care about what’s outside! Our light weight all steel trailers use our patented panels to take on whatever is thrown its way!

Cell-Tech Difference

Materials

Unlike our competitors, Cell Tech trailers are created with Cell-Tech custom made all steel panels that are held together with aerospace adhesive – not your standard wood, aluminum, and rivets.

Design

Cell Tech steel panels are created using a sandwich design that gives your walls, roof, and floor room to breathe, keeps moisture out, and supports the heaviest loads!

Warranty

Our competitors won’t stand behind the design of their trailers the way cell tech does! Cell tech offers a 10 year warranty on the panels of their trailers, along with a 5 year warranty on axels and structural frame. (23 models)

24 models now come with a galvanized frame that includes a 10 year warranty on the frame.

Lifespan

Cell Tech trailers are built to serve you a lifetime and hold their value. Due to their non-durable makeup, our competitor’s trailers might last you 3 to 4 years until it’s time to make that same purchase again and again over time.

Made in the USA

We are proud to say every one of our trailers are made right here in the United States!

Product & Testing

Puncture/Dent Tests

The sandwich panel materials are tested for dent and puncture resistance to meet the application’s requirements. Then, the sandwich thickness is optimized to ensure the finished product meets or exceeds expectations.

Compression Tests

Cell-tech engineers use extensive modeling techniques and tools to optimize the metal type, gauge, and thickness to ensure they meet proper compression specifications.

Bending Tests

The panel materials are tested using both a 3 and 4 point bending test. Each panel is designed to exceed the maximum bending requirements.

Peel Test

The panel layers are bonded together using a proprietary aerospace grade adhesive and tested to meet or exceed peel strengths across a wide temperature range.
